I love seeing people transform over time. I love to see them move from asking those all-important first questions to making the decisions that they know are right for their own health in a practical, functional and – above all – sustainable way

While I am based in Durbanville I operate nationally, and my role is to guide and support you on your nutritional journey towards better health. Additionally, I help you understand how your body and mind work together as a whole, with each aspect complementing and assisting the other.

I’ve always been passionate about natural health, and I’ve dabbled in a variety of physical activities and sports. From football to baseball, golf to track and field, cycling to hiking, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and even wakeboarding, I’ve explored it (almost) all. I even attempted to learn skateboarding at the age of 45 but, after a year and two bad wrists, I decided to sell the board.

I hold a UK Diploma in Dietetics and Nutrition, and I’m also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Parts Therapy Facilitator. My commitment to learning continues each year – I’ve completed studies in various areas, including Digestion and Detoxification, as well as the fascinating field of the Human Microbiome. Currently, I’m working towards my SA accreditation in Health Coaching.

I am also an accredited Chair Yoga Facilitator and Coach. Chair Yoga is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise to strengthen and stretch your muscles and fibrous tissues, support your joints and ligaments, improve your flexibility, boost your circulation and improve your mood. It is perfect for seniors wishing to move more, for people who suffer from conditions such as arthritis or multiple sclerosis, for those with limited mobility or in a wheelchair, those recovering from an injury or living with a disability, and even office workers confined to a chair for much of their working day.

I stay with my graphic designer wife, my two children, a dog named Rosy, and a cat named Reginald.
