After we figure out your health needs and goals, I support you along the way, if you want me to. I keep track of your health improvements, adjust your food plan, fine-tune your exercise, and help you overcome any obstacles.

I don’t follow any specific diet, but I work with you based on what you like: whether you like a low-carb diet, are vegan or vegetarian, like animal protein in your diet, or have a cultural, spiritual, or religious preference, we work together to find the best way for you.
