I love seeing people transform over time. I love to see them move from asking those all-important first questions to making the decisions that they know are right for their own health in a practical, functional and – above all – sustainable way

While I am based in Durbanville I operate nationally, advising and nurturing you through your nutritional path to health, and also helping you understand how your body and mind come together as a whole, each complementing and aiding the other.

I have long been an ardent advocate of natural health, and have involved myself in a range of physical activities and sports, from football to baseball and golf, track and field to cross-country, cycling to hiking and wake boarding, to combat sports such as Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I tried to learn to skateboard at 45: I sold the board a year (and two bad wrists) later.

I have a UK Diploma in Dietetics and Nutrition and am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Parts Therapy Facilitator. I continue to further my own training each year, having completed studies in (amongst others) Digestion and Detoxification and the Human Microbiome, and am currently working on my SA accreditation in Health Coaching.

I stay with my graphic designer wife, my two children, a dog named Rosy, a cat named Reginald, and four toads named Eeny, Meeny, Miney, and Mo.
